1. Subscription Plans & Auto-Renewal

Vessel Tech is a marine software platform owned and operated by CIAO LLC (15946 NW 12th Ct, Pembroke Pines, FL 33028). Vessel Tech offers monthly auto-renewable subscriptions starting with a 30-day free trial:

• Vessel Owner + Captain: $29.99/month (Includes 2 account seats + 1 Vessel profile)
• Technicians: $49.99/month per technician seat
• Business: $350.00/month (Includes up to 10 technician seats + unlimited vessels)

Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.

2. Cancellation & Management

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your workspace settings or billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current active billing cycle.
